Art Basel Miami Beach
A Truly International Art Fair


Without a doubt Art Basel Miami Beach is truly an International Art Fair. It's one of the largest art fairs in the world and one of the most prestigious. You'll find them located at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The fair opens with a VIP Private Preview and Vernissage on December 4th and continues through Sunday, December 8th, 2013.

Last year fifty thousand visitors attended, and they came from around the world. This year 258 art galleries will be showing artworks. Here's a breakdown on what countries the art galleries are from: Argentina 2, Austria 4, Belgium 5, Brazil 14, Canada 1, China 2, Columbia 2, Denmark 4, England 23, France 19, Greece 2, India 2, Italy 10, Japan 2, Mexico 4, Norway 1, Peru 2, Poland 1, Scotland 1, Singapore 1, South Africa 1, South Korea 2, Spain 9, Sweden 1, Switzerland 7, Turkey 1, Uruguay 1, United States 101.

Art Basel Miami Beach is comprised of several art sectors, and each has its own selection process for selection of participants. Visit the ABMB website to learn more about each sector. The galleries exhibiting will be showing masters of Modern art and contemporary art, as well as pieces by newly emerging stars.
