Photo LA

This is good time to visit Santa Monica, California. More than sixty photography galleries and dealers from around the world will gather for the biggest photography show on the West coast. It's Photo LA, and it opens tonight and continues through Sunday.

Hi All! If you are going to be in Dallas, TX this weekend; I just heard about this event happening this weekend that is put on by D Magazine and others:

D Magazine and f.i.g. have teamed up for an exciting art exhibition featuring some of Dallas’ finest talent.

D Art Slam at f.i.g. is a three-day, juried exhibition of drawings, paintings, photography, and sculpture. More than 150 artists will sell and exhibit their artwork to be displayed on gallery-style walls at f.i.g.

Some of the artists that will showcase their work include Shane Pennington, George Tobolowsky, and Mikki Mallow.

The event is going on this weekend, M ay 29-31, 2009
Friday & Saturday: 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
